These Terms of Use (the "Terms") set out the conditions for using Ebbing (the "App"). By downloading or using the App, users are deemed to have agreed to these Terms.

1. Overview of the Service

The App is a review schedule management app based on the Ebbinghaus forgetting curve. Users can register study items (study materials) and receive review reminders at the optimal timing.

2. Subscriptions

2.1 Plans

The App offers the following subscription plans:

• Ebbing Plus Monthly Plan: ¥800 per month (tax included) on the Japan App Store, US$4.99 per month on the U.S. App Store; renews automatically every month
• Ebbing Plus Annual Plan: ¥4,800 per year (tax included) on the Japan App Store, US$29.99 per year on the U.S. App Store; renews automatically every year

In other countries and regions, the price shown in the App Store at the time of purchase applies.

2.2 Subscription Features

Upgrading to Ebbing Plus makes the following features available:

• Unlimited number of registered study materials
• Custom review interval settings
• Statistics and heatmap analysis features
• Editing of review schedules (adjusting review dates and shifting all subsequent review dates at once)

2.3 Automatic Renewal and Billing

• A subscription renews automatically unless it is canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Payment is charged to your Apple ID account upon confirmation of purchase.
• The charge for automatic renewal is made within 24 hours before the end of the current period.

2.4 Management and Cancellation

After purchase, you can manage your subscription and cancel automatic renewal from iOS "Settings" > "Apple ID" > "Subscriptions".

2.5 Free Trial

If a free trial period is offered, any unused portion of it is forfeited when a subscription is purchased.

3. User Responsibilities

• Users are responsible for managing their own account information.
• Users must not use the App for any illegal purpose.
• Users must not engage in any act that interferes with other users' use of the App.

4. Intellectual Property Rights

Intellectual property rights relating to the App belong to the developer. Users may not reproduce, distribute, or modify the content of the App.

5. Disclaimer

• The App is provided "as is," without any warranty of any kind, whether express or implied.
• The developer is not liable for any direct or indirect damages arising from the use of the App.
• The App's services may be changed, suspended, or terminated without notice.

6. Privacy

For information on how users' personal information is handled, please see the Privacy Policy.

7. Changes to These Terms

The App may change these Terms as necessary. The revised Terms take effect when they are posted on this page. In the event of a material change, notice will be given within the App.

8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan, and the courts of Japan shall have exclusive agreed jurisdiction.
